Have you arrived at this section of my website… just like me: by chance?

Before I began studying Naturopathy, I imagined it would be the most fascinating and complex subject of all my coursework. I envisioned myself “reading” into the eyes of my clients to understand their true feelings… almost as if I were touching their souls, offering comfort, support, courage, and the strength to change direction or resume a path they had set aside.

The Beginning in Iridology.

As I have mentioned in the other sections, each of us possesses the inner resources needed to find the energy for our own “self-healing.” However, it is also true that:

  • At the beginning of the journey, you don’t know this.
  • At the beginning of the journey, you are filled with insecurities.
  • At the beginning of the journey, it feels like you are wavering.
  • At the beginning of the journey, you fear failure.

That’s why I am here to support you—to help you see a light that you may not yet perceive, to guide you so that, like me, you can achieve your dream, fulfill your mission on Earth, and find a personal satisfaction that is closer than it may seem.

But what is Iridology?

Certainly, the name may sound impressive, but this field is also considered an “alternative” method for investigating and analyzing your emotional and physical state.

Like all subjects in the naturopathy school curriculum, the foundation remains the same well-known triad: anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Although, as a naturopath, I am not a medical doctor, my knowledge in these areas enables me to offer a thorough and insightful perspective on health-related issues. However, our work is supportive and never replaces the expertise and intervention of a physician or psychologist.

Analyzing the iris with an iridoscope and an iridological map allows me to evaluate the condition of your organs. The iris is made up of connective tissue, which is the same tissue that forms our body and the tissues of our organs. As a result, the iris offers a comprehensive summary of your life.

  • How do you manage stressful situations (and how have you managed them in the past)?
  • Which organs have been affected by the challenges you’ve faced in your life?
  • What are the main emotions you experience during difficult times?
  • Where have these emotions been stored, and what effects are they having on your body?
  • If you were able to recover strength, energy, and vitality earlier in life, how do you perceive the changes as you age?

How can Iridology help improve one's health?

Once we’ve assessed your overall (and particularly emotional) state through a thorough but relaxed introductory conversation, we can decide together on the best approach for your journey.

If you feel that essential oil aromas could provide relief, we can proceed with targeted treatments, such as gentle pressure on the feet, wrists, and back.

If you believe this method isn’t the most suitable for your needs, we can address the painful aspects of your life by discussing them and viewing them in a new light, overcoming them with care and compassion.

We will approach these events with acceptance, gratitude, and ultimately tenderness. It may seem impossible now, but I assure you that, gradually, the weight of the traumatic event will become almost imperceptible.

Use Iridology and other disciplines to live more peacefully.

However, often our body simply needs to “drain” certain emotions, and for this purpose, plants offer a highly effective and wonderful method: mushrooms, Bach flowers, Australian bush flowers, gemmotherapy (glycerin macerates), mother tinctures or standardized dry extracts, and mineral salts. It may seem incredible, but sometimes all it takes is to interrupt a cycle of suffering to turn things around and feel better immediately!

Our body is often so accustomed to the hormonal inputs from anger, bitterness, sadness, and irritation that it starts to demand these signals from the brain itself.

However, when we manage to stop those emotions and begin working on gratitude, our body produces endorphins, dopamine, and oxytocin. This disrupts the pain cycle and initiates a program with decidedly beneficial effects!

Therefore, we will learn together how to cope with new stress-inducing situations, giving our body a recovery capacity similar to what we had when we were younger. And if you are young, you will discover that this approach can help your body resist the effects of aging better than others!

Traditional Chinese Medicine identifies the kidneys as the organs responsible for preserving vital energy. When we are tired and stressed, we strain these crucial filters, and sometimes symptoms like tinnitus appear because the kidney meridian is the same as that of the ears.

Similarly, if you condition your liver to process anger, resentment, irritation, and bitterness, you might eventually experience discomfort in your eyes.

We often do not realize how much our body, the vessel of our soul, suffers when we continuously stress it with painful emotions.

At this point, you might ask, “Are you saying I shouldn’t be outraged by the terrible events happening around me?” No.

It’s absolutely valid to feel indignation and sorrow in certain situations. However, we often project all our bitterness onto external events, ignoring that the true effects manifest in our thoughts and bodies. It’s often a matter of embracing negative events as lessons, opportunities to deepen our awareness, and chances to appreciate what we have and who we are—things we often take for granted. Frequently, it involves viewing traumatic events as Life’s Teachers. Once you make this shift, believe me, you will learn to evolve with joy and happiness.

I believe you’ve now explored all the possibilities I can offer for transforming a gray and sad existence into a fulfilling one where you are a happy, aware, and, if you wish, very wise protagonist!
