Colorful Nutrition for a Better Life
Unlike many people, I tend not to give up when faced with situations that may seem negative. Over time, I’ve learned that behind some unpleasant aspects there are some important lessons. Most importantly, what I WANT IS TO LIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE LIFESTYLE! I want to be happy and I want to laugh!
I have suffered from tinnitus, a persistently annoying ringing in my ears, since I was 38 years old. If you remember, i have already discussed floaters in the section on Chromotherapy.
- Like many women my age, I’ve started experiencing mood swings and the ordeal of hot flashes.
- High blood pressure.
- Bleeding gums and the sensation of losing my teeth.
- Mood swings.
- Insomnia.
In short, it’s quite a picture!
Colorful Nutrition: The Relationship with Food
Our relationship with food is a genuine bond of love. Our first experience of comfort occurs with our mother’s gentle touch as she breastfeeds us as infants. From that moment on, as long as we cling to this belief, we will use food as a source of comfort during difficulties and as a temporary solution to our frustrations. Food remains deeply connected to our emotions throughout our lives. Color has always been associated with emotion; it is a collective memory and experience.
Since our emotions and typical reactions to life’s events are linked to specific organs, we will use the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and naturopathic wellness to create a path to well-being for your organs (remember: Eyes >> Liver; Ears >> Kidneys; Skin and Gums >> Intestines, etc.).
