Disciplines – Feng Shui
Feng Shui
The term “Feng Shui” literally means “wind and water” in Chinese. These two natural elements, which can shape the land—such as canyons eroded by water or landscapes sculpted by the wind—form the basis of this ancient discipline that originated in the courts of Chinese emperors. Feng Shui is based on observing how the passage of time and the changing seasons affect the land, which, according to experts, can also influence human beings, often unconsciously.
A passion for Feng Shui
I became passionate about Feng Shui because it provided answers to my long-standing questions about living spaces. I often wondered, ‘How are people feeling here? Are they able to communicate and understand each other? Are they happy?’ Observing living and working environments has always made me curious about the emotions they convey.
The Power of Environments on People
During my first Feng Shui course, I realized how space can influence health, goal achievement, and harmony in relationships. Since then, I have decided to become a holistic practitioner specializing in this discipline. Feng Shui supports individuals in two key ways: by harmonizing environments to help achieve professional and relational goals, and by increasing awareness of the messages conveyed by one’s space, thereby enhancing serenity and the ability to realize dreams.
From the idea of bold grey to a sense of harmony and warmth
This client desired the elegance of grey. We didn’t eliminate it entirely, as her preference suggests it’s something she truly needs. However, we softened it to bring both elegance and warmth to her and her family.
Who is a an holistic practitioner and what does he/she do?
An holistic practitioner (from the Greek “holos,” meaning “whole”) is someone who makes his/her personal evolution his/her path. Through the study of one or more disciplines, his/her primarily offer listening (creating a listening relationship) to his/her clients, providing well-being on physical, emotional, and mental levels. They are not a psychologist, even though his/her have studied how the mind and brain work, nor are his/her a doctor, despite having studied anatomy, physiology, and pathology.. and others related matters. He/She is specialists in various elements that can benefit those who receive his/her treatments or consultations.
When a client begins to become aware of his/her emotions, wounds, and blockages, his/her may choose to embark on a journey leading to a new state of consciousness, allowing them to view these elements of suffering as opportunities for growth. Typically, the first step is to shift focus away from the pain caused by others. The knots begin to unravel when one accepts personal responsibility and understands that the soul chose this incarnation, this body, as a means for its evolution, and that we are all an integral part of this process.
The inclusiveness of Feng Shui and other disciplines
It doesn’t matter whether, at that initial moment of choice, you decide to pursue a Yoga class or a Reiki session. The most beautiful aspect of these practices is their inclusivity; they can coexist and address human issues, leading you to greater awareness and a deeper sense of responsibility. Awareness gained through one practice is not inherently better than that gained through another.
The real progress begins when you accept your own responsibility, when it becomes natural to think that your soul chose this incarnation and this body as a means to evolve on its journey, and that you are an integral part of it.
When you realize that living as a victim is pointless, when you start practicing gratitude, and when you understand that everything had its purpose, that is when the process of healing, or self-healing, truly begins. It is called self-healing because your recovery is supported by the strength you have accumulated along the way.
A tiny space can become a rejuvenating environment.
Don’t worry about limited space: making it inviting improves our well-being.

Taking responsibility for all the events in our lives grants us tremendous strength, transforming us into beings capable of seeing beyond fear. We become able to feel gratitude for the pain we’ve endured because in we find wisdom and experience.
During my training, it became somehow inevitable for me to share what has brought relief to me .. so I wanted to help others. However, I had to learn that a person’s choice is sacred. I cannot help anyone who does not wish to receive my support. This serene acceptance has enabled me to approach and interpret situations with absolute neutrality.
As a holistic practitioner, I offer support through Feng Shui, and if you choose, I can provide insights that will give you a powerful boost starting from your home. I will accompany you on this journey both within and outside yourself, and together we will illuminate the corners of your emotions and relationships that have remained in the dark.
The Importance of the Home in Feng Shui
The house represents the most extensive part of our body, meaning that within it, we can gauge the state of balance or imbalance of our organs. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, specific emotions are linked to different organs. Therefore, when I analyze a home, I can understand what blockages, imbalances, or suffering the client might be experiencing. By making changes to the home, I can help the person.
Since a house usually accommodates multiple people, a significant portion of the analysis focuses on the relationships between the inhabitants and family members, regardless of whether they live in the same space or not, and often even if they no longer do.
Lastly, because it is a residence, it is possible to understand the client’s relationship and approach to various aspects of their life, such as work, partners, projects, and dreams.
The Importance of Time in Feng Shui
I often receive calls for consultations and discover that the persons who bought the home have changed significantly. They have grown and faced important challenges in their life, yet despite their evolution, their external surroundings (their home) have remained unchanged.
As a result, these persons no longer feels comfortable in their own home, which should be a refuge—a place to recharge, sleep, and rejuvenate with truly restorative rest. It should also be where their family relationships are supported and their projects made possible.
Clearly, time has affected the living space, and in turn, this space has influenced the person.

Success Stories with Feng Shui: Resolving the Past
Even though I wasn’t the one who performed the magic, I’d like to share a story that I find incredibly heartwarming.
She was around 42 or 43 years old. She had bought an apartment in Milan and, during its renovation, asked for permission to open a window at the back. Shortly after, she met her current life partner.
He had an elderly, widowed mother to whom he showed love and endless gratitude. He was accustomed to calling her every day, even on vacation and even when he was with friends or his partner.
She hadn’t spoken to her own mother in over twenty years due to unresolved old grievances.
That year, on vacation, he simply asked her, “Why don’t you call your mother while I call mine?”
So she did, and a miracle happened: they resumed their mother-daughter relationship.
But what does this have to do with the house?
The opening of the window at the back, symbolizing the past, and in the feminine (a part of the home that reflects the feminine figure), representing the mother, allowed her to rekindle her relationship with her mother.
It’s not magic; it’s Feng Shui. And it works.
Of course, it’s not always possible to open a window, but if you can, why not?
Success Stories with Feng Shui: Pay Attention!
Why should you listen to a Feng Shui consultant who warns you before you take action?
They were living in a beautiful house with a regular layout and a large communal garden, which was even usable and enjoyable for children, a very good living situation. Yet, they were not happy.
They had found (already chosen and paid the deposit for) an apartment in a large park and asked me to help with the color selection (consultation is NEVER based SOLELY on color choices or furniture arrangement). Despite this, the chosen house did not support them and, in fact, tended to create divisions, particularly in the area of their lives that had brought them into a deep connection and allowed them to even start a business together.
I warned them and suggested some solutions that could help, but it wasn’t enough. Maybe it was meant to be this way? Maybe it could have been avoided? I don’t know, but I do know that it’s much better to consult a professional before choosing your home.

Success Stories with Feng Shui: Confusion
She had a very charming apartment, but it was small, and she always bought furniture that was much larger than the space available.
We were dealing with someone who lacked a true sense of spatial awareness.
Clutter can lead to a gradual deterioration in physical health, creating a sense of ‘oppression’ and confusion that initially manifests physically but eventually evolves into mental confusion.
In some cases, excessive accumulation can even lead to metabolic syndromes.
The space we live in reflects our bodies.
It is crucial that the pathways in the home are ‘fluid,’ that the furniture is appropriately scaled to the space, and that the living areas have a ‘logical’ arrangement.
Success Stories with Feng Shui: Success
She had asked for my help because her husband was very unhappy with his job.
At first, I honestly had no idea how to resolve the situation and thought it best to proceed with caution.
First, I addressed the child’s room, making sure it was set up to support good sleep (so they could rest too!).
Next, I found the optimal placement for the safe, ensured the bedroom colors supported the couple, and finally, I provided another suggestion to help them look forward to the future together.
Ten days after delivering the report, she called me: her husband had suddenly quit his job.
My blood ran cold, but she sounded calm and even relieved.
He had reached out to a friend, and they had finally started the company they had been discussing for a long time but had never launched: they had begun their business, and he was completely happy!
Feng Shui is neither magic nor science fiction; it’s about arranging your environment so that you achieve exactly what you desire.
For it to work, however, you need to truly want it, be ready to trust me, and ensure that it comes to fruition.
Success Stories with Feng Shui: Feeling Good Inside and Outside your House
When it comes to health issues, I assure you that the matter is truly delicate. She was a retired professor, somewhat nervous, and her health was a bit unstable.
She walked unsteadily and had slightly hunched shoulders. I was worried, but I was confident that with care, gentleness, and patience, we could only improve.
I followed everything with meticulous attention, considering this delicate lady. I’m not ashamed to admit that I was very anxious, but when I visited her a week later, she already had a brighter complexion, was smiling, and her back was straight. She even seemed taller! Honestly, I didn’t think things would go so smoothly and so soon!
She smiled at me and said that she hadn’t slept so well since she was a teenager living at home with her parents. She mentioned that it felt natural for her to smile at everyone and that people even spoke to her at the bus stop.
Later, she informed me that some of her health issues had literally vanished.
Success Stories with Feng Shui: Colors
This consultation seemed straightforward at first glance, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.
We found ourselves in an apartment located in a building constructed on an old ironworks site (which was certainly poorly remediated). There was a large amount of metal underground. My Lo Pan (the geomantic compass) couldn’t accurately indicate any direction, so we decided to call in architect and geobiologist Cristina Rovano first. When it comes to health, it’s essential to rely on professionals.
Only after she identified the areas suitable for ensuring excellent and healthy rest did we proceed with the rest of the consultation. At this point, the client mentioned, “My wife has already chosen everything in gray: gray floor tiles and gray coverings.”
So, I explained to this young woman the significance of color, room by room (direction by direction, reflective point by reflective point), and together we calmly selected what made her feel comfortable.
The space became more inviting. Her face took on a more cheerful and softer expression.
Their friends were astonished, but my job is also to harmonize relationships. In Feng Shui, color serves this purpose as well: to design the home in a way that brings harmony to the couple and their relationship.
