As you may have read in the color section, it is the frequencies of colors that interact with our perception. You are probably aware that light and color are often used to treat certain depressive states, especially in clinics in Northern Europe.

  • Depending on your health needs, such as if you suffer from inflammation, we should avoid certain reds.
  • Based on your preferences, we will choose the colors for the spaces where you live or work.
  • Considering the functions of the rooms and spaces, we will select colors that will make you feel good (I will offer you a range of shades, among which you are sure to find one that appeals to you)!

When we discuss color for well-being, we rarely use the term ‘pleasure,’ which is closely tied to our rational side. Instead, we say that a color attracts us because, through kinesiology techniques (I will conduct a color test with you), we select the color that best resonates with your irrational side, the part of you that wants to emerge, be heard, understood, and embraced.
